Inaugural Summit on the Central Valley “Building the Valley: Developing Partnerships for Equitable Economic Development”
The Civic Capacity Research Institute, together with the FMKT Central Labor Council and Central Valley Partnership, will be hosting the inaugural Summit on the Central Valley, Wednesday, October 2, at UCSF-Fresno. The theme will be equitable economic development. CCRI will present a State of the Central Valley address, followed by several panels on community-benefits agreement (CBA) framework, the role of broad-based coalitions, and local efforts to transform work and life in the San Joaquin Valley.
